We are happy to report that we have never actually had a customer return a plant but…

If you are not 100% satisfied with your order, you can return it within 3 business days  and we will issue you a prompt refund minus a 10% restocking fee. Return shipping fees are to be paid by the buyer.  The plant must be returned in the same condition that you received it and there must be no evidence of tampering (stripping leaves or taking cuttings) for a refund to be issued.

We will do what we can to make sure you are 100% satisfied with your order and get a good plant.  We stand by our products.
